Question by USED AND REGRETTING : I was used for her to get her green card. then she divorced me. I was deceived and lied to. need immigration.? I was looking forward to a great marriage…I found out she bought a social security card…she was told if she had an abusive relationship…she could avoid the 2 year requirement to become a resident. she lied to police several times to begin the process of abuse..the police told her not to call again. immigation is too busy to listen and do anything..i was charged (arrested)with domestic abuse when she caught her fingers in her car door as i drove off…which was dismissed later..she said was an “accident” on her part. when we met in court for the divorce..i was arrested again…and she is a witness against me….for burglary…we just were looking at a new home “under construction” no doors..still building…walked in ..admired and walked out…a year ago ! now i am charged..not her. i am being railroaded by a woman who is determined to destroy me…i gave her everything. i need help to prove what a lying ..cheat she is..false social security # she has one now because of me. help Best answer:

All I can start with is WOW! You need some good sound legal advice. My only advice is that once you collect yourself, you seek advice. You may get lots of advice but what you need is advice from someone familiar with immigration law, bigamy as it relates to foreign marriage, and how you can protect yourself financially. I would say she could be deportedThis sounds like book or movie stuff when the tale has a finish. Jail is a good starting point but then all of us would have to pay for her lodging. Best of luck! The American poeple shouold quit marring these people and pumping out a boat load of kids by them. i would work nite and day to hire the best attorney to fight your arrest then turn around and heve your attorney aid the justice dept attorney to see that she gets her day before an immigration judge
